The great revelation that Jesus came to bring us is to manifest to us that God is our Father. Jesus comes to us as the First Son. We, as children of God, are his brothers and sisters; this truth which we easily ignore, is transmitted to us by St. John in his gospel. Let us follow—throughout the entire text of his gospel—the teachings of Christ and the reflections of the first communities that the holy apostle addressed, thanks to his direct experience with Jesus, arriving at the point where the path of the first disciples becomes a reality in our daily lives, by the actions of the Holy Spirit in our midst.
